Living in New Jersey means I have easy access to all the GF options in NYC. A friend of mine introduced me to the original Bistango on 29th Street and I was amazed. They had the most incredible stuffed Gluten Free pastas. 

A few months later I took a friend out for a birthday dinner and when he suggested Italian, I was set to try the location in the Kimberly Hotel. Although just as amazing I was slightly disappointed they didn’t have the stuffed pastas. But I got gluten free gnocchi which a normal restaurant wouldn’t have. All in all, still an awesome meal!
