DŌ in NYC has gluten free flavors AND gluten free cones. When I ordered my cookie dough they changed their gloves and reached into the fridge below to scoop my gluten free treat. Their kitchen has a giant window so you can see in the back and I noticed they had a kitchen aid mixer labeled Gluten Free Only. 

I went for the Heavenly this time which has Nutella, caramel bits and sea salt. 😍
