This week I tried Blaze Pizza for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I requested a glove change and everyone touching my pie complied. The tomato sauce had a separate batch for gluten free crusts to avoid tools touching the dough. My pizza went down the assembly line and into the oven on a tray. When it came to cutting my pie they had a separate cutter for the gluten free pies and they changed their gloves before doing it. Definitely worth another trip!
